Govind Rao
Founder & Lead Auditor – TARA FIRE SERVICES
Govind Rao is the dynamic Founder of TARA FIRE SERVICES, known for his passion for fire safety, risk awareness, and community protection. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University (BHU), which laid the foundation for his leadership and strategic thinking.
Before entering the fire safety industry, Govind Rao worked as a Branch Manager in a Private bank, where he gained strong expertise in operations, team leadership, and client service. However, his deeper calling toward public safety and social responsibility led him to establish TARA FIRE, a company dedicated to fire audits, training, and risk assessment.
Combining his business acumen with on-ground safety experience, Govind Rao has conducted hundreds of fire and life safety audits, trained thousands of individuals, and helped numerous organizations comply with National Building Code (NBC) standards. His banking background adds value in terms of planning, reporting, and execution discipline.
Govind Rao’s mission is to build a fire-safe India, where every individual is aware, prepared, and protected. Through TARA FIRE, he continues to lead with commitment, vision, and the belief that safety is not optional—it’s essential.
Shalini Rao
Co-Partner | Client Services Head – TARA FIRE SERVICES
Mrs. Shalini Rao is the Co-Partner and Client Services Head at TARA FIRE SERVICES, playing a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, service excellence, and long-term client relationships. With over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, she brings a strong business mindset combined with empathy and professionalism to every interaction.
Mrs. Rao holds a Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc) from Kanpur University, and her academic background gives her a structured approach to problem-solving, communication, and team coordination. Her journey in the corporate world began in the marketing and sales domain, where she worked with leading firms and handled customer acquisition, client servicing, and post-sales engagement with great success.
Mrs. Rao is the face of trust and transparency for our clients. Whether it’s a residential society, hospital, educational institution, or government body, she ensures that every stakeholder is heard, supported, and guided properly.
